Used Indoor Electric Hot Dog Catering Cart
This little Hot Dog Steamer unit has a 110 volt drop in steam table that can be updated or changed. The nostalgia in this unit will keep your customers interested while you are fixin up their hot dogs. This little unit holds hundreds of hot dogs hot while waiting to be served. I don't recommend trying to cook them from a cold state to a hot state in volume although this heats up to temp fairly quickly. It's large bicycle wheels make it easy to push this around the room. Our catering business used this inside facilities for serving while our main hot dog cart unit was cooking up the good stuff on the grills outside. Great unit, it is used and has been tested. In good working order.
Other uses.... purchase an insert for soups, from 2-3 inserts and a new logo you could keep soup hot for many and serve it off this very portable unit. I could even order the soup graphics for you at around $75.00 to replace the hot dog logo.
